Sarah Ul haq
Knowledge Management and Learning LeadSarah Ul haq is a seasoned evaluation and learning specialist who brings over a decade of experience in monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, impact measurement, and evidence building for international development to Moving Minds Alliance. Her focus areas include child protection, socio-economic strengthening, modern slavery, poverty reduction, and social enterprise development. She has extensive experience coordinating complex structures and global teams to develop theories of change, knowledge and results databases, and organisational and functional learning within the government and non-government sectors.
Her educational background in Sociology (BA), Public Policy and Programme Evaluation (Diploma), and International Development with a focus on Poverty, Conflict, and Reconstruction (MSc) have grounded her in transformative, social justice-oriented, feminist, and decolonial approaches to working within the sector, which she implements through collaboration, inclusivity, and participatory practices. Her overarching aim is to ensure that research, knowledge, and evidence from locally-led organisations and individuals gains prominence at the global scale, to encourage real change that is relevant, useful, and meaningful for those most affected.
